Just like wound, once a condition is applied to an ally/enemy, it no longer has any sort of "owner." If a wound kills an enemy, there is no kill credit for anyone to log. If a regenerate heals an ally, there is no credit for anyone to log. There are starting classes that have move 5 and heal 4 on non-loss cards, going up 1 on each value does not warrant a loss. Obviously the Tinkerer has more cards, so more flexibility to use losses, but he also has some actual good loss cards, so better to count on those as being the losses we'll play.
